1. Definitions
"Service" means the website, app, API, and features provided by PockIQ. "User" means any individual or organization using the Service.
2. Acceptance
Using the Service means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Service description and beta / waitlist
The Service may be in beta, waitlist, or frequent update phases. Features, UI, and availability may change without notice each time; we aim to notify you of material changes when appropriate.
4. Accounts and registration
You agree to provide accurate information; keep your password and devices secure; and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations or as required by law.
For accounts registered with email, you must verify your email address within 5 (five) days of account creation (as recorded by our auth system). After that period, if email is still unverified, we may temporarily lock the account (Service data is retained) without individual reminders, to the extent permitted by Vietnamese law. You can reopen it by verifying your email or contacting us so an administrator can restore access. Locking may run automatically on a technical schedule.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Using the Service to violate Vietnamese or international law;
- Intrusion, harming systems, unauthorized data collection, malware, or spam;
- Impersonation or infringement of third-party rights;
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of code or UI beyond what law allows.
6. Intellectual property
Branding, UI, code, and content created by PockIQ belong to us or our licensors. Users may not use them commercially without permission. Data you enter remains under your lawful control per the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss due to user error, third-party failures, or force majeure. Any total liability (if any) is limited to a reasonable amount per case and mandatory rules.
AI insights, wealth suggestions, and debt-planning tools are for reference only. They are not personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and are not prepared by a licensed advisor for your situation. You remain responsible for all money decisions.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under Vietnamese law. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, competent courts in Vietnam have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Subscriptions and payment
The Service offers a paid tier ("Premium") billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown at the in-app purchase screen or on the App Store/Google Play at the time of purchase, and may vary by region and currency.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the current cycle ends, per Apple/Google policy (typically requiring cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal). Billing and renewals are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not store your payment card details.
Cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings (the Service does not support in-app cancellation due to platform restrictions). If purchased on another device/account, use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app.
We do not provide refunds for time already used in the current billing cycle, except where required by law or Apple/Google policy. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple/Google per their process.
