Who processes Premium payments?
On iOS, Premium is purchased through the App Store (In-App Purchase). Apple processes payment — PockIQ never sees your card number.
How do I get a receipt / invoice for Premium?
Apple emails a receipt to your Apple ID after each purchase or renewal. You can also check: iPhone Settings → [Apple ID] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. In the app, open Manage Subscription to see your active plan.
Do you issue VAT / company tax invoices?
No. App Store charges are collected by Apple, so the standard proof of payment is Apple’s receipt — not a VAT invoice from PockIQ. If your company needs a formal tax invoice, check with accounting about App Store documentation, or wait for web billing (Stripe) later.
How do I cancel or manage Premium?
On iPhone: Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions, or in the app open the paywall / Premium settings → Manage subscription. Canceling with Apple stops renewal after the current period.
When should I use Restore purchases?
If you already bought Premium on another device or Apple ID, or after reinstalling the app. Use Restore on the paywall — sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Can I buy Premium on the web?
At launch, Premium is iOS App Store only. The web app stays on the free tier. Web billing (Stripe) is on the post-G6 roadmap.
